Italian Antipasto Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz. (measured dry) Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked

  • 1 oz. Mozzarella cheese, fresh

  • 1/3 cup artichokes, chopped

  • 0.5 oz. Sun dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, quartered

  • 0.5 oz. Hard salami, chopped

  • 8 turkey pepperoni, quartered

  • 2 tbsp. Banana peppers

  • 5 green olives, halved

  • 1 tsp. Sun dried tomato oil

  • 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

  • Italian seasoning

 

This pasta salad is insanely delicious and easy to make. Perfect as a meal or side dish. High in protein and fiber.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix everything together and enjoy.
