Italian Antipasto Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. (measured dry) Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked
1 oz. Mozzarella cheese, fresh
1/3 cup artichokes, chopped
0.5 oz. Sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
0.5 oz. Hard salami, chopped
8 turkey pepperoni, quartered
2 tbsp. Banana peppers
5 green olives, halved
1 tsp. Sun dried tomato oil
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
This pasta salad is insanely delicious and easy to make. Perfect as a meal or side dish. High in protein and fiber.
DIRECTIONS
Mix everything together and enjoy.
