Greek Orzo

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz. 3 Farm Daughter orzo, dry

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/2 red onion, diced

  • 1/3 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved

  • 1/4 cup Greek Goddess Marinade & Dressing

  • Greek Goddess Seasoning blend

This Greek Orzo makes for the perfect side dish for any time of the year.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook orzo according to directions. Drain, rinse and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl combine, feta cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, olives, dressing and seasoning. Stir until well combined.

  3. Add orzo to the mixture and still until well combined. Enjoy!
