High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

Makes: 3 | Prep: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 12.5 oz. canned chicken in water, drained

  • 1 cup cottage cheese, 2%

  • ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup Franks Red hot sauce

  • 2 ounces lite cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles

  • Scallions chopped, optional

    Optional

    • Carrot sticks

    • Celery sticks

    • Crackers

    • Pita chips

    • Tortilla chips

 

This High Protein Chicken Dip is ridiculously good! You’ll never even know it’s a low-calorie version of everyone’s favorite game day snack it’s that good!

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉.

  2. Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, hot sauce and cream cheese to a blender. Blend until creamy and everything is blended together. In a large bowl add the chicken, the cottage cheese mixture, and the shredded cheese. Mixture until everything is well combined.

  4. Add to three separate oven safe dishes or one large dish. Top with blue cheese crumbles. Bake for 25 minutes.

  5. Serve with optional dippers (carrots sticks, celery sticks, crackers, pita chips or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
