Chicken Caesar Sandwich
Makes: 1 | Prep: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS
4 hoagie rolls
1-pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, 4 breasts, pounded thin
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup Caesar dressing
¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 head romaine lettuce
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
This Chicken Caesar Sandwich has toasted garlic bread, crunchy lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and juiciest chicken. This is pretty simple to make and so good. I like salads, but I love sandwiches. This Chicken Caesar Sandwich has it all.

If you’re looking to save some calories you can swap the Caesar dressing for a lower calorie Caesar dressing, or a yogurt based one like Bolthouse farms.
You could also use grilled chicken instead of the breaded chicken.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350℉ degrees.
In three separate bowls, add flour to one, eggs to the other and a mixture of breadcrumbs and ¼ cup of the grated parmesan cheese to the last. Coat each piece of chicken with flour, eggs and then breadcrumb parm cheese mixture.
Place on prepared baking sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. While the chicken is cooking mix romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
In a small microwave safe bowl melt butter. Mix in garlic powder and oregano. Open hoagie rolls and coat the top of them with the butter sauce. Place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 350℉ degrees until crispy.
Add cooked chicken and some salad mix to the hoagie roll. Enjoy
