Crispy Parmesan Roasted Brussels

Servings: 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 20 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

 

These Crispy Parmesan Roasted Brussels make for the perfect appetizer or side dish.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Mix the butter Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper together until well combined.

  3. Using a spoon place little dollops of the cheese mixture onto a prepared baking sheet. Place each Brussels sprout cut side down on the cheese.

  4. Bake for 18 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
