Copycat Joe’s Deli Sweet Baby James

INGREDIENTS
½ pound boneless skinless chicken cooked, strips or cubed
2 flour wraps, large
¼ cup chipotle ranch dressing
1 Roma tomatoes, diced
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
¼ red onion, diced
pepper
Air Fryer Avocado
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
¼ cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
⅛ tsp. chili powder
⅛ tsp. paprika
⅛ tsp. garlic powder
⅛ tsp. salt
This Copycat Joe's Deli Sweet Baby James wrap is beyond amazing! It tastes just like Joe's Deli wrap packed with chicken, crispy avocado, chipotle ranch, romaine, cheddar cheese, red onion, and tomato.
DIRECTIONS
In a small dish add the flour, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Stir to combine. In another small dish add the egg and beat. In another dish add the breadcrumbs.
In an assembly line manner, roll the first avocado slice in the flour (give it a light tap to remove excess flour), then submerge it in the egg wash, followed by the breadcrumbs. Gently push the breadcrumbs into the avocado to ensure its evenly coated. Repeat with all of the avocado slices.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then place the avocado fries with some space in between, then lightly spray the fires with some cooking oil/spray. Air fry at 390℉ for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until desired crispiness.
In a large bowl add, cooked chicken, dressing, tomatoes, shredded cheese, romaine lettuce, red onions and pepper. Toss with tongs until well combined.
Assemble the wrap; take ½ of the chicken salad mixture and add it to wrap filling the center but leaving some space at the ends. Add ½ slices of avocado fries to the wrap. Fold the left and right sides into the middle of the wrap, overlapping them slightly. Fold up the bottom edge over the filling, then tuck it under and roll up the wrap from the bottom to the top. Roll snugly and keep the sides tucked in.
Slice in half and add additional chipotle ranch dressing if desired. Enjoy!
