Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Nut Date Bites
Servings: 24 bites | Prep: 20 min | Freeze Time: 2 hours
INGREDIENTS
12 dates, (pits removed) sliced in half
1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy - melted
1 banana, sliced into 24 slices
1/3 cup peanuts
1 cup chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
Coarse salt, optional
These Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Nut Date Bites are the perfect after dinner sweet tooth treat.
DIRECTIONS
Press each date into a silicone mini muffin pan or lined muffin pan (I find that silicone is way easier!).
Layer 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each date, then a slice of banana, then a few peanuts and then top with melted chocolate.
Top with a sprinkle of salt (optional). Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy!
Feel free to use Lily’s chocolate chips to decrease calories, added sugar, and increase fiber.
