INGREDIENTS

  • 12 dates, (pits removed) sliced in half

  • Coarse salt, optional

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Nut Date Bites are the perfect after dinner sweet tooth treat.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Press each date into a silicone mini muffin pan or lined muffin pan (I find that silicone is way easier!).

  2. Layer 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each date, then a slice of banana, then a few peanuts and then top with melted chocolate.

  3. Top with a sprinkle of salt (optional). Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy!

  4. Feel free to use Lily’s chocolate chips to decrease calories, added sugar, and increase fiber.
