Chicken Parmesan Smash Tacos

Servings: 8 tacos | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 10 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Ib. Ground chicken

  • 8 small tortilla shells

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese

  • 2-3 cups Arugula

  • 1/2 cup freshly Grated Parmesan cheese

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Fresh basil

 

These Chicken Parmesan Smash Tacos are so incredibly delicious. They were also very easy to make! Big hit in our house.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the ground turkey with some pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Form into 8 equal size balls.

  2. Heat the black stone to med-high.

  3. Place the chicken balls on the hot grill. Place the tortilla shell on each chicken ball and smash down with a smasher to flatten it.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the meat is crispy and cooked through. Flip over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  5. Top each taco with 2 tbsp. Of marinara sauce. Top each taco with 1 oz. Mozzarella cheese.

  6. Top with arugula, grated Parmesan cheese and balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
