Broccoli Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped

  • 1 cup unpeeled Apple, chopped

  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp. Mayo

  • 2 tsp. Red wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp. Sugar

  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • Salt and pepper

 

This Broccoli Salad is simple, that serves as a great fast side dish for any party or potluck.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix yogurt, mayo, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour mixture over remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.
