Broccoli Salad

INGREDIENTS
4 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup unpeeled Apple, chopped
1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. Mayo
2 tsp. Red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Sugar
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper
This Broccoli Salad is simple, that serves as a great fast side dish for any party or potluck.
DIRECTIONS
Mix yogurt, mayo, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour mixture over remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.
