Asian Chicken Wraps

Servings: 8 | Prep: 5 min | Cook Time: 5 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Asian chopped salad kit

  • 2 cups chicken shreeded

  • ¼ cup dry roasted peanuts

  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded

  • 3-4 tbsp. cilantro chopped

  • 8 low carb tortilla shells

  • 2 tbsp. Asian sesame dressing

  • Pepper to taste

I don’t know about you, but I love when a recipe requires minimal ingredients that need to be cooked or prepped. This meal could literally take you five minutes to make if the chicken is prepped ahead of time. When I put this meal on the weekly menu I will either purchase a rotisserie chicken or cook the chicken during my weekly Sunday meal prep.

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl mix the salad kit. The chopped salad kit will come with smaller food and dressing filled bags inside of the large bag. Cut each of those bags open and place them all in a large bowl. Mix everything together until well combined.

  2. Add in the shredded cooked chicken, roasted peanuts, shredded cheddar, cilantro and Asian sesame dressing. Mix until everything is well combined.

  3. Fill each tortilla with about 1/2 cup of the mixture. Fold in sides and roll to create a wrap and cut in half before serving. If you need to, secure the wraps with toothpicks to keep them together.

  4. Add additional Asian sesame dressing if desired. Enjoy!
