Air Fryer Hot Honey Chicken

Servings: 4 | Prep: 20 min | Cook Time: 10 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken 4 equal size pieces

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup corn flakes

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated

  • 1 tsp. pepper

  • 1 tsp. paprika

  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

  • 4 tbsp. Mike's hot honey

  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped

 

This Air Fryer Hot Honey Chicken is crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside, and made with delicious hot honey sauce! It's literally finger licking good!

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the Greek yogurt and chicken in a shallow pan or bowl. Making sure to coat the chicken as best as you can. Let sit for at least 20 minutes. Best if you can let it sit overnight.

  2. Place the cornflake crumbs in a bowl. Mix in Parmesan cheese and spices. Take a piece of chicken and add it to the cornflake mixture, turning and patting/pressing to coat all sides in the mixture.

  3. Place the chicken to the prepared air fryer (sprayed with cooking spray). Place in air fryer making sure they don’t overlap. Spray with a little cooking spray. Cook at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or until internal temp is 165 degrees.

  4. Remove from air fryer. Drizzle with hot honey and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

  5. Enjoy!
