Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts

Servings: 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 12 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans Quartered Artichokes (drained & dried)

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
    pepper

  • Chipotle ranch dressing for dipping, or dip of choice - optional

 

These Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts make for the perfect appetizers or side dish.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drain artichokes in a colander. Transfer to a plate & place between layers of paper towels & pat dry.

  2. Place the panko, Parmesan cheese and pepper in a zip-top bag & add artichokes, shake until well coated.

  3. Place coated artichokes into the Air fryer (make sure they are not touching or overlapping) & cook for 5-7 minutes at 390 degrees. Toss and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.

  4. Dip in sauce of choice!
