Easy Shrimp Stir Fry

Servings: 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 12 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (12 oz) bags of frozen jumbo shrimp

  • 1 bag of frozen Asian stir fry veggies with sauce pouch

  • 2 (90 second) rice packets

  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil

This Easy Shrimp Stir Fry is perfect for nights when you want to make a healthy meal but limited on time. Plus, its full of flavor!

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the stir fry veggies according to directions. I only used 1/2 the sauce pouch.

  2. While the veggies are cooking sauté the shrimp in a pan with 1 tbsp. Olive oil for about 1-2 minutes on each side.

  3. Add the shrimp to the veggies and sauce. Cook the rice according to directions.

  4. Assemble bowl and enjoy.
