Easy Shrimp Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS
2 (12 oz) bags of frozen jumbo shrimp
1 bag of frozen Asian stir fry veggies with sauce pouch
2 (90 second) rice packets
2 tbsp. Olive oil
This Easy Shrimp Stir Fry is perfect for nights when you want to make a healthy meal but limited on time. Plus, its full of flavor!
DIRECTIONS
Cook the stir fry veggies according to directions. I only used 1/2 the sauce pouch.
While the veggies are cooking sauté the shrimp in a pan with 1 tbsp. Olive oil for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Add the shrimp to the veggies and sauce. Cook the rice according to directions.
Assemble bowl and enjoy.
