These Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites make the best game day appetizer, vegetarian snack, or side. Easy to make, healthy and perfect for pairing with a creamy dip!

    1. DO NOT crowd the air fryer. If you crowd it, the cauliflower bites will turn out soggy. This is why you want to cook the cauliflower in two batches. You need to have enough air flow to go all around each piece. I use a 10-quart double basket air fryer and use both baskets to make this recipe, so 2 batches work perfect for this recipe if you have a single basket air fryer that is 5 quarts or smaller.

    2. If you’re not satisfied with the crunch, put cauliflower bites under the broiler for 2 minutes, then serve.les, meats, and cheeses, then baked until the eggs are set and the crust is golden.

  • Here are a few tips when converting a recipe from the air fryer to a conventional oven.

    1. Note the oven temperature and cooking time in the recipe you’re following.

    2. Increase the temperature by 25 degrees F and preheat the oven to that temperature.

    3. Increase the cooking time by 20% and set the timer on your oven.

    4. Start checking your food halfway through to make sure there are no temperature or time adjustments that need to be made.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400° F.

  2. Chop the head of cauliflower into small bite size florets and add them to a large bowl.

  3. In a medium bowl, melt the butter and then add in the Frank's red hot sauce. Stir. Pour the butter and hot sauce mixture over the cauliflower. Use tongs to toss and coat evenly.

  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add florets in a single layer, leaving enough room in between for even cooking. Air fry for 12-15 minutes. You may have to cook it in a few batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

  5. For an extra bit of crunch, transfer the cauliflower to a lined baking sheet and place them under the broiler for a couple of minutes.

  6. While buffalo cauliflower is roasting, prepare blue cheese dipping sauce by combining plain yogurt and crumbled blue cheese, to taste. Serve immediately with celery and carrot sticks, if you wish.
