Sheet Pan Broccoli Tortellini Bake

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 @alfresco_allnatural chicken sausage links, sliced

  • 2 large broccoli crowns, cut into pieces

  • 20 oz. @aldiusa Fresh cheese tortellini (family size)

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 tbsp. olive oil (divided)

  • Pepper

  • Salt

This Sheet Pan Broccoli Tortellini Bake makes for the perfect weeknight dinner idea.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Toss broccoli with minced garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil, salt, and pepper and place on a prepared sheet pan.

  3. Roast broccoli for 5-7 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees.

  4. Add chicken sausage, tortellini, 2 tbsp. olive oil, and half of the parmesan cheese to the sheet pan with the broccoli. Give it a toss to combine everything.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese before serving.
