Protein Banana Bread

Makes: 10 slices | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 45 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 small ripe bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • ⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup milk, or milk alternative

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted

  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2 cups protein pancake & waffle mix

  • 1 tsp. baking powder

  • ⅓ cup chopped nuts

 

This Protein Banana Bread is so moist and delicious the entire family will love it. Plus, its packed with 9g protein per slice!

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.

  2. Combine wet ingredients in one bowl, stir until well combined. Combine dry ingredients in a different bowl, stir until well combined.

  3. Save walnuts. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until well combined. Fold in ⅓ cup of walnuts.

  4. Prepare a loaf pan by spraying it with cooking spray. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining walnuts.

  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
