Lazy Lasagna with Ravioli

Servings: 6 | Prep: 15 min | Cook Time: 50 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground turkey cooked

  • 25 oz frozen ravioli 25 oz bag

  • 24 oz marinara sauce 24 oz jar

  • 2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese shredded

    Optional

    • parmesan cheese

    • veggies side steamed broccoli, side salad

Nothing will ever beat homemade lasagna, but this Lazy Lasagna with Ravioli is perfect for a lasagna fix with limited time.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Prepare a 9×13" baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.

  2. Spread a thin layer of your sauce onto the bottom of the pan (about 3/4 cup). Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce (should be about 24 of them).

  3. Top with half of the remaining sauce, all of the cooked ground Turkey and half of the mozzarella. Repeat the layers starting with what’s left of the ravioli. Finish by topping with the remaining sauce and cheese (there will be no ground Turkey on the top layer).

  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, broil for 3-5 minutes at the very end.

  5. Serve with a veggie side. Caesar salad is always my favorite veggie side!
