Greek Smash Burger Tacos

Makes: 8 tacos | Prep: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. ground beef, 93/7

  • 8 small tortilla shells

  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes

  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced

  • 1 cup romaine lettuce

  • ¼ cup red onion, diced

  • ¼ cup kalamata olives pitted, cut in half

  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce

    Optional

    • Greek Goddess Tzatziki Seasoning

 

A burger and a taco in one? These Greek Smash Burger Tacos are a delicious combination the entire family will love.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the Blackstone or flat top grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Divide the beef into 8 equal sized balls. Place the meat on the hot surface then using a heavy pan or burger press, smash the flour tortilla down on top of the burger until it's as flat as you can make it.

  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the meat is crispy and cooked through. Flip over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes then serve with desired toppings.
