Greek Smash Burger Tacos
Makes: 8 tacos | Prep: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. ground beef, 93/7
8 small tortilla shells
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 cup cucumbers, diced
1 cup romaine lettuce
¼ cup red onion, diced
¼ cup kalamata olives pitted, cut in half
½ cup tzatziki sauce

A burger and a taco in one? These Greek Smash Burger Tacos are a delicious combination the entire family will love.
DIRECTIONS
Heat the Blackstone or flat top grill to medium-high heat.
Divide the beef into 8 equal sized balls. Place the meat on the hot surface then using a heavy pan or burger press, smash the flour tortilla down on top of the burger until it's as flat as you can make it.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the meat is crispy and cooked through. Flip over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes then serve with desired toppings.
