Easy Teriyaki Chicken
Makes: 4 | Prep: 15 min | Cook Time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1 pound chicken breast boneless, skinless, cut into even sized bite size pieces
1 cup breadcrumbs, more as needed
2 eggs
½ cup Teriyaki sauce, keep it simple and use store bought
This Easy Teriyaki Chicken is delicious, made with a few simple kitchen staples and easy to make! It’s perfect for a quick weeknight meal or meal prep lunch idea.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or foil and spray with cooking spray.
Whisk eggs in a small bowl. Place the breadcrumbs in a separate small bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then roll it in the breadcrumbs, coating lightly.
Place the chicken in the baking sheet and cook for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the oven once cooked. In a medium sized bowl add the cooked chicken and Teriyaki sauce. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
