Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Bananas

Servings: 16 bites | Prep: 10 min | Freeze Time: 20 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large Banana, cut into 16 slices

  • 16 tsp. peanut butter, creamy

  • 1/2 cup chocolate

  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup Walnuts, crushed

 

These Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Bananas are the yummiest little bite size treats.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place each banana slice down on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper.

  2. Top each piece of banana with 1 tsp. Peanut butter.

  3. Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring. Until melted.

  4. Cover each peanut butter banana with chocolate and then top with crushed walnuts.

  5. Place in freezer for at least 20 minutes. Enjoy!
