Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. (measured dry) Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked

  • 3 oz. Rotisserie chicken, chopped

  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped

  • 1/2 oz. blue cheese crumbles

  • 2 tbsp. Bolthouse farms blue cheese dressing

  • 1 tbsp. Hot sauce

 

This Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad is delicious! Perfect as a meal or side dish. High in protein and fiber.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the blue cheese and hot sauce together until well combined.

  2. Mix the dressing combo with the remaining ingredients until everything is well coated.
