Easy Turkey Meatballs

Servings: 16 meatballs | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 20 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • ⅓ cup breadcrumbs plain

  • 1 egg large

  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. oregano

  • 1 tsp. parsley and extra for topping

  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

 

These Easy Turkey Meatballs are juicy, flavorful and great for meal prep or a quick weeknight dinner!

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit.

  2. In a large bowl stir together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, parsley pepper. Lightly whisk the egg, then add the egg, ground turkey, to the bowl with the breadcrumbs.

  3. Use your hands to combine these ingredients until evenly mixed. Shape the meat mixture into 16 equal sized 16 meatballs. Top with additional parsley.

  4. Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes. Enjoy!
