1 pound ground turkey 93/7
½ onion diced
2 garlic cloves minced

2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese shredded

This Baked Ziti is an easy crockpot recipe that packs all the flavor! With tender noodles coated in a ground turkey, marinara and mixed with a melty cheese goodness, it's the ideal family dinner.
DIRECTIONS
Heat a medium pan over medium heat, spray with cooking spray. Add ground turkey. Break apart with a utensil and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add onion, garlic and pepper towards the end of cooking.
Coat a 6-quart or larger slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the cooked ground turkey, dry ziti, marinara sauce, ¾ container of ricotta cheese, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and the spinach. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Spoon the remaining ricotta on the top of the pasta and then sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Cover and cook until the pasta is cooked to your liking and cheese is melted, on the low setting for 3-4 hours or on high setting for 1-2 hours. Top with parsley. Serve with a side veggie or salad of choice.
