Chocolate Nut Clusters

Makes: 30 | Prep: 10 min | Chill Time: 1 hour

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups dark chocolate melting wafers

  • 2 cups nuts, mixed

These Chocolate Nut Clusters are the perfect combination of sweet & salty. The best part is that they are incredibly easy to make.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set aside.

  2. Place the chocolate in a large microwave safe bowl.

  3. Microwave for one minute, remove the bowl from the microwave, stir the chocolate and place the bowl back in the microwave. Heat for another 30 seconds to one minute or until the chocolate is fully melted.

  4. Remove the bowl from the microwave and add the nuts to the melted chocolate. Gently stir until the nuts are fully covered with chocolate.

  5. Take a heaping tablespoon of the chocolate covered nuts and place them down on the prepared baking sheet. Continue with the remaining mixture.

  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to set the chocolate, at least an hour.

  7. Remove and enjoy. Remaining chocolate nut clusters can be stored in an airtight container either in the refrigerator or the freezer.
