This Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry is incredibly flavorful and easy. Serve with ramen noodles, over rice, or in a lettuce cup for a lower carb version! Chinese takeout right at home!
Ingredients
- 1 pound top sirloin cut into thin, bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil divided
- ¼ cup teriyaki sauce store bought
- 1 bell pepper red, cut into thin slices
- 1 cup broccoli cut into bite size pieces
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup carrots sliced
- 1-2 green onions finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds optional

Instructions
- Place the beef in a bowl and top with 2 tbsp soy sauce and black pepper. Stir to coat then set aside to marinade for 20 minutes.
- In a large pan heat 1 tbsp olive oil. Add beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Remove from pan, set aside in a bowl.
- In the same pan heat 1 tbsp olive oil, add garlic. Heat for 1-2 minutes. Add in teriyaki sauce. Then add bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas and carrots. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender crisp.
- Add beef back into vegetables and heat for an additional 1-3 minutes until everything is well coated with the teriyaki sauce.
- Top with sesame seeds and scallions.
