Ingredients

  • 3 small ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk or milk alternative
  • cup honey
  • 2 tbsp. butter melted
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 cups protein pancake & waffle mix
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Combine wet ingredients in one bowl, stir until well combined. Combine dry ingredients in a different bowl, stir until well combined.
  • Save walnuts. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until well combined. Fold in ⅓ cup of walnuts.
  • Prepare a loaf pan by spraying it with cooking spray. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
