This Pesto Caprese Flatbread is the perfect combo of basil pesto, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and drizzle of balsamic vinegar for a fresh & delicious flatbread pizza.

Ingredients
- 1 Artisan flatbread
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup part skim ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup pesto classico is my favorite brand
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese fresh, sliced
- 1 roma tomato sliced
- 2 tbsp. balsamic glaze
- basil fresh, handful
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425℉.
- Prepare a baking sheet with a silicone mat of foil/parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray. Add the flatbread to the pan. Set Aside.
- Combine the plain Greek yogurt, ricotta cheese, pesto and pepper in a small bowl. Spread the mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with sliced mozzarella and sliced tomatoes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and balsamic glaze.
- Serve with a side salad. Enjoy!
