Ingredients for Parmesan Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
Brussels Sprouts – The main ingredient! I’ve never tired making this recipe with frozen brussels sprouts and I’m not sure how it would turn out do I would stick to fresh brussels sprouts.
Olive Oil – Use which ever olive oil you prefer. This will allow the garlic powder, salt, and pepper to stick to the brussels sprouts and gives it that nice crunchy outside. oh, and a delicious taste.
Garlic Powder – I’ve never tried making this recipe with fresh garlic. You’re more than welcome to give it a try but I prefer the garlic powder for this recipe.
Parmesan Cheese – I used grated parmesan cheese in this recipe, however I’ve used shredded parmesan cheese. Both work great.
