Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup pretzels crushed
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 4 apples cored and sliced

Instructions

  • Spread the peanut butter onto the center of a wooden cutting board. Make sure the peanut butter isn't too runny. Make sure not to cover the entire board, leave some room on the side for the sliced apples.
  • Using a butter knife, swirl the peanut butter into a back-and-forth pattern across the board.
  • Using a spoon or end of a knife drizzle the caramel sauce over the peanut butter. Depending on how thick it is you may have to microwave it for 10-20 seconds to make it pourable.
  • Sprinkle with crushed pretzels. To crush the pretzels, place them in a Ziplock bag and with a meat tenderizer pound the pretzels a few times until desired consistency.
  • Then top the pretzels with the mini chocolate chips.
  • Place sliced apples around the outer rim of the peanut butter dip.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to add additional toppings or swap out ingredients for others. Add nuts/seeds, dried fruit like dried cranberries or raisins. Use sunflower seed butter in place of peanut butter if there is a nut allergy.
