Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 egg large
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs divided into 2, ¼ portions
  • ¼ cup part skim mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, egg, ¼ cup breadcrumbs, ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper together.
  • Form into 20 equal size oval shaped nuggets. In a small bowl add ¼ cup breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Coat each nugget with the breadcrumb and Parmesan cheese mixture.
  • Add them to an air fryer basket (make sure they are not touching or stacked) and spray them lightly with cooking spray.
  • Cook at 400℉ for 6-8 minutes. Flip, lightly spray again with cooking spray and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
