This High Protein Chicken Dip is ridiculously good! You’ll never even know it’s a low-calorie version of everyone’s favorite game day snack it’s that good!

Ingredients
- 2 12.5 oz. canned chicken in water drained
- 1 cup cottage cheese 2%
- ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup Franks Red hot sauce
- 2 ounces lite cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup part skim mozzarella cheese shredded
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
- scallions chopped, optional
Optional
- carrot sticks
- celery sticks
- crackers
- pita chips
- tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, hot sauce and cream cheese to a blender. Blend until creamy and everything is blended together. In a large bowl add the chicken, the cottage cheese mixture, and the shredded cheese. Mixture until everything is well combined.

- Add to three separate oven safe dishes or one large dish. Top with blue cheese crumbles. Bake for 25 minutes.
