This refreshing and light, easy Greek Chicken Pita is packed with tender Greek chicken, veggies, and tzatziki sauce, all wrapped in a pita.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken diced into similar size pieces
- 4 pita wraps Joesph's Pita Bread
- ½ Greek dressing
- ⅔ cup feta cheese crumbled
- ½ cup tomatoes diced
- 1 English cucumber diced
- 4 cups greens spinach and or romaine
- ⅓ cup kalamata olives
- ½ red onion sliced
- ½ cup tzatziki or more
- additional Greek dressing
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in Greek dressing for 2 hours (if you don't have 2 hours let it sit for at least 20 minutes to absorb some of the dressing).
- Heat a pan. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken pieces are cooked through, 8-10 minutes.
- Assemble the wrap with all the ingredients. Enjoy!
