Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken diced into similar size pieces
  • 4 pita wraps Joesph's Pita Bread
  • ½ Greek dressing
  • cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup tomatoes diced
  • 1 English cucumber diced
  • 4 cups greens spinach and or romaine
  • cup kalamata olives
  • ½ red onion sliced
  • ½ cup tzatziki or more
  • additional Greek dressing

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken in Greek dressing for 2 hours (if you don't have 2 hours let it sit for at least 20 minutes to absorb some of the dressing).
  • Heat a pan. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken pieces are cooked through, 8-10 minutes.
  • Assemble the wrap with all the ingredients. Enjoy!
