How do I get started?
Send me a message! Tell me why you want to meet with a Registered Dietitian. Let me know how you would prefer to be contacted (email/phone/text). From there, I will reach out to you to schedule a nutrition consultation.
What does the first session involve?
During the first session we will discuss health and medical history, nutrition habits, dietary supplements and medication use, exercise habits, lifestyle factors, nutrition and health goals. We will then discuss meal planning, meal and snack ideas.
How long are sessions?
An initial consultation is 60 minutes. A Follow-up consultation is 30 minutes.
I need a meal plan. Can you help me?
YES! Meal plans are available separately from initial and follow-up consultations and are NOT covered by insurance. Please refer to services, personalized meal plans for more information.
