These Chocolate Oatmeal Cups are the perfect little treat when you have that sweet tooth or chocolate craving.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal old fashioned
- 1 scoop protein powder vanilla
- ¾ cup peanut butter creamy
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup chocolate
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- coarse salt
Instructions
- Mix together oats, protein powder, peanut butter and honey. Press mixture into 24 mini muffins tins (no need to spray pan).
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil. Top each oatmeal cup with chocolate and salt.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes and enjoy! Store in fridge or freezer.
