I’m generally pretty busy! I work full time at RPCCC so in my free time I am always trying to produce more content for Buffalo Dietitian along with meeting with clients. I love to cook and share my recipes with you guys! I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Daisy, I’m a mama to Theodore, married to my best friend, coffee and peanut butter addict and love to travel.
I’ve always been into fitness. Nutrition related to fitness was actually was one of the reasons I became a Registered Dietitian. Swimming and running in high school and rowing in college. In 2009 I completed my first full marathon. Since then I’ve completed a total of four full marathons, seventeen half marathons, three Olympic triathlons, two half Ironmans and one full Ironman. Plus, endless amounts of running events. In addition to endurance events I enjoy weightlifting and yoga. As a runner and triathlete, I recognize the importance and the link between a healthy diet and an active lifestyle.
